Social Interaction With People It Essay

People will see a leader as the person in charge and accept the position this person has in an organization. Popularity on the other hand will be needed to ensure that the majority of the group has a person to discuss issues not necessarily work related, yet important for the individual. Since we can see that these two activities do not necessarily have to be the same person we can accept the fact that group activity and performance will improve as long as the stability inside the group is ensured. Today it is not important to create a power structure, yet to build competitive advantage which depends not only on one person, yet more likely on complete teams or an organization in total.

As long as we can ensure that dimensions of inter-personal relationships can be addressed and weak points can be realigned and changed...

These points are all required to ensure that group dynamic will result in the most efficient performance and the results will be as expected.
In conclusion we can say that in the 21th century organizations need to be more focused on the strength of groups instead of individual power. Groups can be built by relationships inside and/or outside of the organization, such as stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and others. The strength of the team or group depends on the interaction between its members and the perception of the individual's responsibility and role in that group or team. Improved communication and relationships between group members will advance the overall performance of such group or team and achieve objectives for the organization. The ways of managing and leading such dynamics is what organizations strive for today and which will create the strategic advantage for these organizations in the long run. Success begins with including the opinion of people and to honor and respect their point-of-view. The management of strategic relationships in an organization will become more and more of a significant change inside an organization and toward the move into 21th century companies.
